This course meets the requirements of law and professional ethics for Respiratory Care Practitioners set by the Respiratory Care Board of California for Continuing Education Units and is approved for 3 contact hours.

If you are applying for a new Respiratory Care License, you must provide a copy of the course certificate with the initial application for licensure.

Current Licensees are required to report course completion date on the license renewal form and keep a copy of the completed course certificate in your records for 4 years and produce a copy if requested by the RCB.

Please note for the CSRC Law and professional Ethics course: Each video has checkpoints that must be completed for each chapter. If you do not receive the green check mark, this means you did not view the chapter to completion and you must go back and re-watch the chapter program until you receive the final checkpoint in order to proceed.
