COURSE NAVIGATION: At the top of the screen above the video viewing area are tabs with information on how to navigate the course and obtain additional materials.

Stream : Selecting this tab will allow you to stream the chapter's video course content.

Materials : Within this chapter contains the complete transcripts of the CSRC 2022-2026 Law and Ethics Course Transcripts. It also contains the California Respiratory Care Board Laws and Regulations for RCPs and a full page of Instructions on Naviagating this Course.  If you wish to read the transcript while viewing the video, or refer to the laws and regulations, or have a printed copy of the naviation instructions click on the “Materials” tab above the video viewing area. Then select the document you wish to download. 

Quiz and Credit Submission :As each chapter ends you will see a POP up directing you to go to the next chapter. After each completed Section, you must take a quiz prior to proceeding to the next Section. Once you have viewed the entire Section, which may contain several chapters, the video stops. At the top of the screen above the video viewing area, click Quiz and Credit Submission. Scroll down to the Section you just completed and select the “Take Quiz” tab. Once you have successfully completed the quiz, you will be directed to the next chapter.

FINAL QUIZ

Course Final Quiz: Once all sections are completed successfully, you will be eligible to take the post-test consisting of 30 questions. Once the post-test has been activated, you will not be able to go back to review any information and you must complete the test. A threshold of a minimum of 70% on the post-test must be achieved to successfully complete the course. Two attempts will be given to successfully complete the post test. Should you not meet the 70% threshold after two attempts, you will need to re-register for the course and re-attempt all sections.

Take the Final Quiz: Under “Quiz and Credit Submission” tab, scroll to the bottom of the page. Under “CSRC Law & Ethics Course 2022-2026”, select “Take quiz”. Once the Final Quiz is complete, click “Submit Quiz”.

SURVEY

Take the Survey: After the you have successfully completed the Final Quiz with a minimum score of 70%, select the link, “To Checklist”. This will take you back to the top of the course within the “Quiz and Credit Submission” tab. Scroll to the bottom of the page. Under “CSRC Law & Ethics Course 2022-2026”, select “Take survey”. Ensure that you answer all questions. If you do not have a comment, please place n/a in the box. Once the survey is complete, click “Submit Survey”.

COURSE CREDIT

Submit Credit: Once you have completed the survey, select the link, “To Checklist”. This will take you back to the top of the course within the “Quiz and Credit Submission” tab. Scroll to the bottom of the page. Under “CSRC Law & Ethics Course 2022-2026” select “Submit Credit”. You will be redirected to the Account page. Enter your California RCP license number where indicated. If you are an applicant, type in ‘Applicant’. Select “Continue” and then “Process Credit”. You will be re-directed to the Education Credit Profile page. Scroll down to Submitted Credit and click on the link to your certificate. Make sure to print a copy for your records. It is your responsibility to provide documentation to the RCB if you are audited.

Once the chapter ends, a POP up will appear prompting you to move to the next chapter within this Section.
