Best Practices Series: Documentation in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
This course is intended to raise awareness to clinicians which use electronic medical records (EMRs) in their workplace for problems associated in documentation. The content teaches the participant on the basics of how EMRs collect data and transmits it back to the user. It will provide insight for the significance and need for verification and validation of information which the clinician inputs into the EMR
